Tele-Sales & Business Development Executive
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing sales team as a New Business Development Executive to further increase our sales offering of a wide range of IT products & solutions. This is a telephone based sales role targeted at acquiring and growing new business within the SMB & Corporate B2B arena, with approximately 90% of your sales revenue to come from new clients and around 10% from existing accounts.
You will be responsible for contacting new prospects by telephone to both introduce the company and create a working relationship to establish and grow your own account base. The contacts will be provided from qualified data lists,
e-marketing campaigns & web site responses and are often already warm to the approach. You will also be required where necessary to meet with clients on scheduled and qualified appointments on an ongoing basis. You must be target driven and able to achieve a minimum and measurable daily level of both outbound call time and quantity, and genuinely enjoy selling to and dealing with customers on the phone on a daily basis.

The successful candidates will receive a competitive basic salary with generous and realistic ‘un-capped’ commission targets, which are both set individually and as a team. We offer great career prospects within the company with the initial opportunity to work towards a Senior Key Account Manager position based on performance.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 - 2 years business-to-business sales or account management experience preferably within the IT industry, although this is not essential, and be confident in your approach with a consultative sales style. You will be someone who is used to a fast paced sales environment who always has their 'finger on the pulse' and be customer focused and organised ensuring that your growing customer base is well looked after. You will be personable and able to rapidly build relationships with both customers and suppliers alike.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a sales team environment and be used to not only hitting their own targets but also encouraging their team to hit a group target and also will be within a commutable distance from our offices in Horley, Surrey.
