Tele-Marketing & Pre-Sales Canvasser
This is an exciting Telemarketing and Pre-Sales Canvasser role ideally suited to an individual looking to continue or begin their career in a fast paced IT sales based environment.
Within the B2B arena you will be responsible for contacting both new and existing clients by telephone in order to continually update and confirm their details as well as their specific areas of product interest. In addition to this you will also make follow up telephone calls to qualify leads acquired through regular e-marketing and postal campaigns before handing these over to our internal Account Managers to further progress the sales process.
You must be outgoing and genuinely enjoy dealing with people over the telephone, and by using scripted text be able to engage existing and potential customers in a conversation that enables you to gain answers to a list of specific and targeted questions. The successful applicant will be required to achieve a measurable daily level of outbound calls, both in number and time as well as confirming with potential customers a minimum number of arranged call backs and/or appointments.

You will ideally be someone who is interested in IT and who wants to work within a fast paced sales environment and who feels that they always have their 'finger on the pulse'. You must also be customer focused and organized, ensuring that you always conduct yourself in the most professional manner when representing the company.
The successful candidate will ideally have worked within a tele-sales team or call centre environment and be used to not only hitting their own targets but also helping the team to hit a group target and also be within a commutable distance from our offices in Horley, Surrey.
This role may also suit someone looking for a part-time or job-share position.
