Junior Marketing Assistant
This is an exciting role ideally suited to an individual looking to begin or continue their career within a well established, fast paced and vibrant IT sales based environment.
The role is to assist the Marketing Manager in the day to day running of the marketing department in support of the company’s promotional activities with responsibility for: Design, Development and Maintenance of Company Websites and intranet / Production of Marketing Material (DM and eDM, leaflets and Brochures) / Design and Production of eshots / Daily generation, scheduling and administration of the online CRM System / Assisting with DM and eDM mailings / Keeping and updating records of Marketing Leads, Campaign Responses and effectiveness / Assisting with Internet research to support business development and other areas / Assisting other members of the marketing team with a variety of projects.
There is also a certain amount of administrational duties that include:
Answering telephone queries and filtering calls / Preparing online and offline documents and promotions / Setting up and maintaining filing systems / Assisting with e-mail bounce backs, un-subscribes and auto-responders
Ideal Key Skills required:
At least Twelve months experience / Experience of Interaction would be desirable / Some experience within an IT (ideally) or another Technical or Web-based services environment an advantage / Technical skills to meet the practices and standards appropriate to post / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Methodical, accurate and well organised systems of working / Working experience of online CRM systems / Experience of using the following programs:
Microsoft Office Suite (complete), Dreamweaver, Photoshop / Working Knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, CFM, PHP
